Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled operations coordinator for our rapidly growing company.

In this role, you will oversee the general operations of our office and ensure that logistical needs are met. You will coordinate with vendors, handle billing/expenditures, and
maintainstock of all supplies. You will also greet visitors and conduct some clerical duties. You will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.

Essential Functions

  1. Oversee daily operations of the office
  2. Schedule and coordinate vendors
  3. Keep organized ledger of expenses
  4. Remain on budget by always seeking the best prices for supplies and services
  5. Foster good working relationships with vendors and service providers
  6. Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly
  7. Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed
  8. Greet visitors to the office, answering any questions they might have
  9. Contact maintenance and ensure needed repairs are complete
  10. Keep a master calendar of schedules and vacations
  11. Organize and update files as needed
  12. Answer phones, emails, and conduct basic clerical work
  13. Keep conference rooms clean, neat, and well stocked

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Required Education and Experience
  1. Two years of administrative experience.
  2. Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Associate’s Degree.

Preferred Education and Experience
  1. Four-year college degree.
  2. Two years of related experience with google calendar.
