Associate Digital Marketing Manager
Execute and support email marketing, social media, and loyalty program digital campaigns with Sr. Marketing Manager.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make an impact in the overall channel strategy and help define opportunities to innovate, grow, and optimize marketing efforts.  The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will be the channel manager for email and social, as well as support loyalty program initiatives.  This includes managing the daily/weekly/monthly content strategy, acting as the key contact for agency/vendors, partnering with key stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution of the end-to-end email, social, and loyalty (digital engagement) go-to-market process.  The successful candidate should possess strong project management skills, ability to think creatively in white space, attention to detail, be attuned to customers, and have an analytical mind.

  • Support the opt-in email channel strategy and social strategy ensuring engagement and revenue goals.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of email and social campaigns.  This includes conceiving of email and social messaging/content, developing assets, managing review process, testing emails, and tracking results.
  • Provide recommendations on email and social channel content strategy and calendar.  Proactively identify opportunities for test and learns in emails, on social and for loyalty program.
  • Drive innovation and change by identifying new opportunities via data analysis and competitor analysis; stay on top of current trends. 
  • Design and implement test and learn strategies of innovative and personalized marketing creative; optimize campaigns and share any transferable insights with business partners.
  • Analyze digital campaigns and overall channel results; deliver timely and insightful reporting.  Translate consumer insights and campaign data into meaningful insights.
  • Design and implement testing curriculum to enable expansion into new digital channels and assets as well as to test innovative and personalized marketing creative.
  • Support the team’s Marketing Managers in the design and execution of new campaigns.
  • Analytical thinker who can identify insights from results to create actionable recommendations

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, business, or related field  
  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience with social, email, and/or loyalty marketing experience
  • Experience working with a variety of different partner types and brands
  • Experience with using various marketing channels (content writing, social media, emails, events, etc.) to communicate a company's features & benefits
  • Experience creating & managing marketing calendars
  • Ability to use metrics to track and report on performance of promotions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willing to work some extended hours and during major sales weekends, as necessary
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (with an MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding marketing strategy
  • Strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional/ multi-cultural team environment
  • Self-starter, detail and task oriented, highly organized, with a customer oriented attitude
  • Comfortable interacting with other departments within MedMen and marketing departments within partner organizations
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles and communication tactics including various forms of digital/social marketing
  • Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
