Strategic Project Manager

  • Oversee communication channels and access to the President
  • Draft communications from the Office of the President as needed
  • Manage special projects as needed, following up on accountability and providing timeline and milestone updates
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions
  • Work with the President to manage priorities on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis
  • Provide internal status reports and prep the President and/or Chief of Staff for meetings
  • Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the office of the President to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Act as an advisor to the Office of the President
  • Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
  • Board meeting prep (including presentation)
  • Investor updates / fundraising pitch decks
  • Assorted items for Office of the President — filtering team information, presentations, etc.
  • Plan the week ahead; provide information and deliverables to help the President be more productive and effective
  • Ensure we have clear action items and follow-up after the meetings; provide status updates on said action items
  • Keep the President accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results.
  • Write and submit reports to the Office of the President in all matters of importance
  • Create reports for the senior management which are easy and understandable
Minimum of 5 to 10 years in an upper management/leadership role for a fast growing innovative organization, coupled with a similar layer of complexity with multiple lines of business.
Up to 50% Travel
