Surveillance Analyst

This position is responsible for surveillance and monitoring of all assets for regulatory and procedural compliance.

  • Utilize internal systems to review flags and notifications
  • Review daily and periodic reports to identify potential violations, deviations and irregularities
  • Maintain findings tracker
  • Work with IT to develop and enhance surveillance flags and tools
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure timely completion of action items
  • Create and present violation trend reports
  • Identify monitoring efficiencies
  • Assist the Compliance Testing team as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on all current and upcoming regulations

Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
  2. 2 to 5 years of surveillance and monitoring experience in a highly regulated industry

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  1. High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and PPT, including writing macros
  2. Ability to draft succinct memos and business correspondences
  3. Prior experience with surveillance software a plus
  4. Experience working with IT on system implementations a plus
