Associate Creative Manager
MedMen is currently seeking a talented Associate Creative Manager to join its growing creative team. Our ideal candidate is smart, creative, and innovative. He/she can easily generate new, inspiring ideas that resonate with our consumer. They have a passion for great design and conceptual thinking. They take pride in producing excellent results and would not settle for anything less than the best. They love the thrill of building a world-class brand. This position is the equivalent of a Jr. Art Director role and is an in-house position in our Culver City, CA office.

Required Skills:
  • An understanding of design principles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptive, nimble, and ready to learn
  • Motivated and diligent
  • 1-3+ years of creative experience
  • Highly skilled with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
You Will:
  • Work closely with a team of designers, marketing strategists, and creatives
  • Visually shape and support brands
  • Fuse form and function to execute effective and engaging design
  • Re-imagine everything about the cannabis industry
  • Past experience producing marketing assets and campaigns
  • Product and brand development experience 
  • Experience working in fashion, music, or other culturally-forward fields
  • Basic knowledge of UX, web design, and/or animation
In this position, you will work with our art director, senior designer, and marketing team on a diverse array of projects, including:
  • Brand and product development
  • Social media content
  • Campaigns and advertisements
  • Custom apparel
  • Print publications 
  • Digital interfaces (websites, menus, etc.) 
  • Brand collaborations
  • Various marketing-driven initiatives
We think you will succeed if…
  • You are highly creative and have a design background
  • You have experience creating print, OOH, and digital assets
  • Photography experience a plus
  • You are comfortable working in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • You are excited about the idea of using design to re-imagine a heavily stigmatized and opportunity-filled industry
