We are looking for a talented admin to join our team! Must have extensive experience with managing multiple Google Calendars and booking travel and logistics.

Summary
The Corporate Administrative Assistant provides general office support to VP of Agronomy and the Agronomy Department. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including setting and maintaining the company Calendar of appointments, scheduling travel, receiving incoming calls and emails, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.


Essential Functions

1. Rapidly receive and execute on scheduling requests including setting up calls and meetings efficiently using good judgment.
2. Schedule travel arrangements for the VP of Agronomy and ensure all travel needs are met and followed through in a timely manner. If needed, be able to re-route travel plans quickly and creatively.
3. Work with the VP of Agronomy to manage priorities.
4. Provides detailed data, information and resources in preparation for meetings.
5. Greets and directs visitors to the company.
6. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
7. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
8. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
9. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
10. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
11. Works on special projects as needed.

Required Education and Experience

1. Two years of administrative experience.
2. Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
3. Associate’s Degree.


Preferred Education and Experience

1. Four-year college degree.
