Product Director, Digital Customer Engagement

The Product Director, Digital Customer Engagement is accountable for designing, developing and launching digital products, programs and user/customer experiences that drive both MedMen customer acquisition and MedMen customer retention. The business outcome that this role will be specifically focused on is increasing sales and revenue via successfully converting visitors to our digital properties into paying customers (in-store and on-line).

  1. Proven responsive web product design, development, delivery and launch experience.
  2. Proven native apps (Android and iOS) design, development, delivery and launch experience.
  3. CRM and Customer Engagement Marketing process, tools, methodology experience.
  4. Customer loyalty and rewards program definition, integration and launch experience.
  5. User Requirements Definition / User Story Definition.
  6. Familiar with Agile methodologies/practice.
  7. e-commerce and on-line sales experience.
  8. Familiar with mobile marketing data usage, storage and compliance practices.

  10. A/B Testing practices, tools and technologies experience.

Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar Technology focus.
  2. Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Proven Digital Product Delivery experience in a customer-facing production market.
  4. Proven cross-functional leadership / team leadership experience.
  5. 7+ years of product ownership and technology/software delivery experience.
  6. 3-5+ years of user testing, UX/UI design/prototyping, experience design.
  7. 3-5+ years of data analysis and formulation of actionable insights.
  8. 3-5+ years of A/B testing experience and formulation of actionable insights.
  9. 5+ years of working with, interacting with and presenting to C-Level executives.
