Master Data Coordinator


Purpose:
Support the Data Master Team in the proper setup and execution of new items, product launches, and the maintenance of current master data.
 

Summary:
Facilitate information exchange between external departments and internal customers within the Operations department. This includes Capturing and Entering Data into all applicable System of Records to ensure an accurate master data management.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, change, and maintain item data in our systems of record
  • At the direction of Management take ownership of work request in the backlog and execute them according to SOP at the right quality and on time
  • Communicate when necessary with various departments to confirm full and accurate item setups
  • Evaluate each request with the requestor to understand the end goal
  • Maintain dashboards and key performance indicator reporting
  • Execute request from Supply Chain to support daily tasks
  • Support in special projects assigned by management
  • Actively engage an make recommendations to management that will help the team execute, learn or improve


Job Specifications:
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel (power user), Access and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-developed problem solving and time management skills
  • Takes ownership/responsibility of overall work quality
  • Flexible, able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Has worked and excelled under pressure and tight deadlines, in an uncertain environment
  • Possess strong communications skills
  • Must thrive in a team-oriented environment


Requirements:
  • Four year Bachelor of Arts or Science
  • One to three years working in a Master Data team within the Supply Chain of an organization


Desired Skills:
  • ERP Implementation experience
  • Defining a master data process where one did not previously exist
