Summary:
The Auditor is responsible for conducting year-round compliance audits to ensure conformance of Florida region assets with State and Local Regulatory Requirements, and Operational Policies and Procedures.  


Responsibilities:

·       Create protocols for cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and dispensary audits
·       Perform cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and dispensary audits
·       Timely draft audit reports
·       Maintain FL related audit calendar
·       Schedule and perform audit follow-ups
·       Collaborate with other internal departments and provide guidance on audit finding remediation
·       Stay on top of all applicable FL and Local regulations and update audit protocols as necessary
·       Collaborate with other departments on compliance inspections prior to new asset opening

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel:
This position will require some travel and can include out-of-the-area overnight travel.
 

Required Education and Experience:
1.      Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
2.      2 to 5 years of compliance testing/compliance audit experience in a highly regulated industry


Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
1.      Ability to draft succinct memos and business correspondences
2.      MS Office Proficiency
